Account & sign-in
How do I sign in?
Use Google, or enter your email to get a one-time sign-in link — no password to remember.
Why was I signed out or sent back to the sign-in page?
Your session may have expired, or you followed a link to a page that requires signing in first. Sign in again and you'll be taken back to where you were headed.
Can I use NobelCV without an account?
Yes. You can build and preview your CV without signing in. Signing in lets you save your draft, unlock exports, and use Pro features.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings and use the account deletion option, or email support@nobelcv.com. Deletion is permanent and removes your drafts, applications, AI usage logs, and support tickets.
Building your CV
Is my draft saved automatically?
Your draft lives in your browser until you sign in and save it. Once saved, it's tied to your account and available wherever you sign in.
Can I import an existing CV?
Yes. Upload a PDF from the builder and NobelCV extracts the text to pre-fill your draft — review and adjust before saving.
Which languages does NobelCV support?
The interface is available in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, and Romanian.
What is ATS, and why does it matter?
An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is software many employers use to scan CVs before a human sees them. NobelCV's templates are built for clean ATS parsing, and the ATS Score tool checks your CV against one directly.

What's free and what costs money?
Building and previewing your CV is always free. Exporting a PDF requires a one-time purchase, and Pro features (Quick Apply, ATS Score, AI tailoring, cover letters, application tracking, CV analytics) require a Pro subscription or lifetime purchase. See the pricing page for current rates.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Manage or cancel your subscription any time from the Stripe customer portal, linked from Settings.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled case by case — contact support@nobelcv.com. We don't refund AI usage already consumed.
What happens if I hit my monthly AI usage limit?
Pro accounts include up to 50 AI analyses per calendar month across Quick Apply, ATS Score, cover letter, and tailoring. The limit resets on the 1st of each month.
AI & privacy
Is my CV data sent to AI providers?
Only when you use an AI feature. Your CV text and the job description are sent to Anthropic (for tailoring, ATS Score, cover letters) or OpenAI (for CV import mapping) — never your name, email, or account details. Neither provider trains models on this data.
Can I share my CV with a public link?
Yes — enable public sharing from the builder preview to get a unique link. Anyone with the link can view a read-only version of your CV.
Is my data sold or shared with anyone else?
No. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of services that process your data to run NobelCV.
