By using NobelCV, you agree to these terms. They cover the builder, AI features, payments, and your account. If you disagree, do not use the service.

1. The service

What NobelCV provides

NobelCV is a CV builder with AI-powered job search tools. The free tier lets you build and preview your CV. Exporting to PDF requires a one-time purchase. Pro features (Quick Apply, ATS Score, AI tailoring, cover letter generation, application tracking, and CV analytics) require an active Pro subscription or lifetime purchase.

2. Accounts

Your responsibilities

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. Do not share your account or use the service to generate content for others at scale. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. AI features

Usage limits and expectations

Pro accounts include up to 50 AI analyses per calendar month across all AI features (Quick Apply, ATS Score, cover letter, and tailoring). Usage resets on the 1st of each month. AI-generated content (tailored headlines, cover letters, match scores) is provided as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before using it in applications. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will improve your candidacy. AI outputs may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable.

4. Payments and refunds

What you pay for

PDF export is a one-time purchase tied to your account. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless cancelled. Lifetime Pro is a one-time payment with no renewal. You can manage your subscription and cancel renewal through the Stripe customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@nobelcv.com. We do not offer refunds for AI usage already consumed.

5. Your content

You own your CV

You retain full ownership of all content you create in NobelCV — your CV drafts, cover letters, and application data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service (e.g., saving your draft, generating a PDF, sending your CV text to our AI providers for import mapping and tailoring).

6. Acceptable use

What you must not do

Do not use NobelCV to generate fraudulent credentials, misrepresent your qualifications, or create CVs for fictitious persons. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the AI features, or automate access to the service. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content. Violation may result in account suspension without refund.

7. Availability and liability

No guarantees of uptime

NobelCV is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for lost drafts (save regularly), missed job application deadlines, or outcomes from using AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We will notify you

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
