By using NobelCV, you agree to these terms. They cover the builder, AI features, payments, and your account. If you disagree, do not use the service.

1. The service

What NobelCV provides

NobelCV is a CV builder with AI-powered job search tools. The free tier lets you build and preview your CV. Exporting to PDF requires a one-time purchase. Pro features (Quick Apply, ATS Score, AI tailoring, cover letter generation, application tracking, and CV analytics) require an active Pro subscription or lifetime purchase.

2. Accounts

Your responsibilities

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. Do not share your account or use the service to generate content for others at scale. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. AI features

Usage limits and expectations

Pro accounts include up to 50 AI analyses per calendar month across all AI features (Quick Apply, ATS Score, cover letter, and tailoring). Usage resets on the 1st of each month. AI-generated content (tailored headlines, cover letters, match scores) is provided as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before using it in applications. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will improve your candidacy. AI outputs may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable.

4. Payments and refunds

What you pay for

PDF export is a one-time purchase tied to your account. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless cancelled. Lifetime Pro is a one-time payment with no renewal. You can manage your subscription and cancel renewal through the Stripe customer portal. Apart from your right of withdrawal (section 5) and your statutory rights, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@nobelcv.com — and AI usage already consumed is not refunded.

5. Right of withdrawal

14 days to change your mind

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from any purchase (PDF export, Pro subscription or Lifetime Pro) within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason, by emailing support@nobelcv.com a clear statement of your decision (you may use the model form below; it is optional). We then refund the full amount you paid, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you used (French Consumer Code, art. L221-18 and L221-24).

Model withdrawal form: “To NobelCV (David Dias Marques EI), 29 rue Tronchet, 75008 Paris, France (support@nobelcv.com): I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following purchase: [PDF export / Pro subscription / Lifetime Pro], bought on [date]. Name of consumer: [name]. Address of consumer: [address]. Account email: [email]. Signature of consumer (only if this form is notified on paper): [signature]. Date: [date].”

6. Your content

You own your CV

You retain full ownership of all content you create in NobelCV — your CV drafts, cover letters, and application data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service (e.g., saving your draft, generating a PDF, sending your CV text to our AI providers for import mapping and tailoring).

7. Acceptable use

What you must not do

Do not use NobelCV to generate fraudulent credentials, misrepresent your qualifications, or create CVs for fictitious persons. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the AI features, or automate access to the service. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content. Violation may result in account suspension. This does not affect your right of withdrawal (section 5) or your other statutory rights.

8. Availability and liability

What we can promise, and what we cannot

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. Save your drafts regularly and keep your own copy of anything important. AI-generated content must be reviewed before you use it (section 3). Hiring decisions are made by employers, so we are not responsible for the outcome of your applications. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services.

9. Changes to these terms

We will notify you

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will tell you about material changes in advance, by email to the address on your account. Updated terms apply to purchases made after they take effect; a purchase you have already made stays governed by the terms you accepted when you made it, unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree to it.

10. Complaints and mediation

If something goes wrong

For any complaint, write to support@nobelcv.com first.
